V1 API #63

I think for MVP it makes sense to quickly build an API and build the demo around some of that, it should include:

[ ] Simple authentication system
[ ] Add/Update operations on graph DB
[ ] Query operations on graph DB
[ ] Question/Answering with GenAI and graphDB
[ ] NATS producer
