chat logs: pre-processing

Need to cleanup our chat logs so we can use them for analysis

• [ ] remove all control characters
• [x] convert upper-case to lower-case

Clustering Experiment:

• [x] remove stop words
• [x] lemmatization
• [x] removing frequent but unimportant words
• [ ] removing rare words?
