How can I use the CheckoutShoppingCartRequest object to make the checkout 
display UPS or FedEx dropdowns?

example
code for carrier-calculated shipping. It will be some time before the next 
release,
so you may also want to post this question to the .NET Checkout forum
(http://groups.google.com/group/google-checkout-api-dotnet/topics) for a quick
response. I am sure other readers would be interested too.

I will take some of the unit test code and turn it into samples.

If I do not get to it tonight, I will get it done on Sunday.
