.NET client library out of sync with price changes to feeds (sale price & effective date missing) #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?

.NET client library is only exposing an entry.Price property

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

According to Merchant Center docs ( 
http://support.google.com/merchants/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1196048 ), there 
should be a list price, sale price, and sale price effective date.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

.NET client library 1.9

Please provide any additional information below.

Is anybody monitoring these Issues? ... there are issues months old at this 
point without attention.

The api does not support these features. It has nothing to do with the .net 
library itself. The api was last updated in 2010.
