stealing tactics from forks #49

guys, if you fork this repo, dont add your tactic! otherwise everyone could inspect your tactics which could then be easily exploited (by switching countermeasures for each tactic (either manually or training AI))

People know that and are still doing it. As a result, we're coming up with better and more innovative strategies than possibly ever before. @Lasermancer, @nobody5050, and I, for example, have been working fairly closely and our best strategies all riff off of one another's ideas. And we all do pretty well in the general pool.

The power of collaboration! Even if we don't win ourselves, we finally have a good chance of ousting the long reign of tit-for-tat variants.
