I've found annoying to use rqt_tf_tree everytime and tf_echo in command line, so this mode implements both features.

Let me know what you think about it.

Also if this will make it to main branch, couple of nice-to-have features(for a separate PRs) could be:

Updating displayed transform on the right periodically without need to reselect it again
Implement tf_monitor to also show on the right panel delays for chain
