user mongodb does not exist #4

when I'm installing mongodb, I got the error: resource_management.core.exceptions.ExecutionFailed: Execution of 'su - mongodb /var/run/mongo_config.sh' returned 1. su: user mongodb does not exist

I wander if that means I should add the mongodb user by myself

Strange. What's you OS version? Can you provide more details about the error?
