TAStudio does not handle Teamplayer Correctly #360

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a Genesis Game
2. Set the Control Type to TeamPlayer.  Use Six Button is not a factor.
3. Open TAStudio.
4. Errors with the UI

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Most of the buttons are labeled !
