PSX Access Violation #381

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Driver (U) (SHA1: 89A5FEF50B55D7F0EE0F6F406914A171)
2. Load the attached movie file
3. Load the attached state
4. Advance a frame

The error message "EmuHawk has stopped working" will appear, due to an access 
violation in the OctoShock dll.

What Version did you test this against?  What R version?

There is also Driver Version 1.0 and 1.1 for this game.  Unsure what's changed.

Sorry about that revision number, I used the about box which is apparently 
still horridly incorrect, the actual revision number is r8974.

should be fixed in r9002. not a fringe case, this was a massive issue.
