Analog controller for Sega Saturn #400

It seems BizHawk/EmuHawk uses the Yabause core, but does not support the Saturn 
3D control pad.

Thus, it would be nice to support the 3D control pad in BizHawk, and maybe 
other input devices too.

Yes, Yabause supports the 3D pad.
