GLideN64 support #423

The new GLideN64 is shaping up to be the most accurate HLE N64 video plugin 
there currently is. Whilst it's not without bugs and there may be later 
updates, it's at public release. Would you be able to include it in Bizhawk?

Support for GlideN64 is already planned. Right now we are waiting for gonetz to 
release the git repository for us to fork.

Will this upcoming release fix the resolution bug in the Glide64 plugins too?

No work has been done to those plugins as far as I know. What resolution bug 
are you talking about?

Glide64 and Glidemk2 both crash Bizhawk if used at resolutions higher than 
1600x1200. That resolution however works. Rice works at higher resolutions and 
the Glide plugins work at higher resolutions in Mupen Plus. I thought I saw it 
mentioned somewhere, but that could have been my mistake. I'd be happy to 
answer further questions about it if need be.

I do believe Gonetz has finally released it (along with fixing a few more 
problems such as the Mario Kart thwomp texture issue as little as 45 minutes 
ago).
