1. Open the project with Gargoyles (U) [!] ROM.
2. Put playback cursor to frame 1113. See the game at normal state.
4. Scroll 1 frame up (1112). The game is in paused state, while there's no
Start button pressed.
5. Scroll 1 frame more up (1111), game state is unpaused again.
6. Start slowly scrolling down. All the next frames the game will remain paused.
Now, the actual bug is, no matter how you change inputs before those frames,
their states NEVER get updated! When you simply emulate, they aren't (and
shouldn't be) affected, but editing input above them must always force their
updating.
This bug is connected to the very reason broken values appeared in RAM, but
it's not yet known how to stably replicate it, so I'm just posting how they can
not be fixed by the user once it did happen.
