Bump version of opt-einsum package to 3.0.1 #18

This PR bumps the version number of the opt-einsum package to 3.0.1 so that the requirement can be filled. The old version 3.0.0 is no longer available according to PyPI. This PR should fix Issue 17 I created recently.
