Revision of reservoir models #14

I have used the ResOpsUS dataset to rewrite huge parts of the repository. At this moment, the repository includes 4 reservoir models (Linear, Lisflood, Hanazaki, mHM) and its respective calibrator functions.

Once install, the reservoir models can be run with default parameters (command simulate) or calibrated using the Shuffle Complex Evolution (SCEUA) algorithm.
