To create the dataset for México, I need to complete the following tasks:

• [x] Download data from Conagua.
• [x] Find connection with GRanD.
• [x] Locate dams in the GloFAS grid.
• [x] Extract GloFAS inflows.
• [ ] Compare GRanD and mexican attributes.
• [ ] Filter reservoir by conditiones: minimum catchment area, minimum storage capacity, minimum length of time series.
• [ ] Static attributes from GloFAS static maps. Not compulsory for testing the reservoir models!
• [ ] Export attributes.
• [ ] Export time series.

Time series:

• [x] SLUICE_CMS + SPILL_CMS = outflow, keep units as m3/s
• [ ] V_MCM -> storage, keep units as hm3, clean time series
• [ ] inflow: estimate net inflow
• [x] AREA_HA -> area, convert to km²
• [x] PRECIP_MM -> precipitation, keep units as mm
• [x] EVAP_MM -> evaporation, keep units as mm
