Calibration Hanazaki routine

The reservoir routine by Hanazaki is not supposed to be calibrated. However, I would like to create a calibrator for this routine to extract its maximum potential.

Possible calibration parameters:

• storage quantile representative of the flood limit ($V_f$). Default value 0.75.
• the proportion between total capacity and flood limit that defines the extreme limit ($V_e$). Default value 0.2.
• the factor of the flood limit that defines the minimum volume ($V_lim$). Default value 0.5.
• normal outflow is at the moment the mean of the inflow time series.
• The flood outflow is at the moment 0.3 times the Q100. Either the factor or the return period could be a calibration parameter.

It has been implemented in the class Hanazaki_calibrator included in the module src/lisfloodreservoirs/calibration/hanazaki.py
