Compare the reservoir outflow from GloFAS and ResOpsUS.

How to extract the reservoir outflow from GloFAS?

This is connected with issue #4 . It seems better to run the LISFLOOD model with the option repsimulateReservoirs activated.

The other option was to extract the timeseries from the dis.nc, but it has several drawbacks: the size of the files, the fact that I'm nos sure in which cell to extract the inflow and the outflow...

Solved! I have run Lisflood for all the catchments including reservoirs in the US. This way I get the inflow, storage and outflow time series from the output TSS files.
