image bug: latpole, longpole incorectly treated like quantities #106

There is at least one place where latpole and longpole are treated like quantities, but they are simple numerical values.

Actually the latpole/longpole xds -> casacore conversion code was correct. What seems to be incorrect where a couple of xds -> casacore conversions that ended up as lists in the casacore direction metadata but needed to be numpy arrays.
