Some VLA MS v2 has been found where the interval (integration_time in MS v4) is inconsistent for the MS v4 partitions. This is caused by averaging that causes the integration_time at the edges of a scan to be inconsistent. The proposed fix is to take the median value. Note that the effective integration time will contain the edge effect of the averaging.
