HumanClustersWithGO.Rmd is completely broken #11

I'm not even sure what this script is supposed to be doing but the code is riddled with problems. For example, why does it try to load yeast genome info? (org.Sc.sgd.db)

Quitting from lines 19-25 (HumanClustersWithGO.Rmd) 
Error in library(org.Sc.sgd.db) : 
  there is no package called 'org.Sc.sgd.db'

It seems a lot of the HumanClustersWithGO.Rmd script contained a lot of superfluous crap that was carried over from Megan's. I have tried to cut it down as much as possible, keeping only the code required to retain the key RDS objects for the next script
