FIX Issue #24 Nested scrollbars in the app #67

Description :

Previously the tables of models, enforcer, adapters had both scroll and pagination which was a little confusing UX. I removed scroll on overflow and changed the pagination to show only 10 records per page making the UX more reasonable.
