Organizer output #354

Updating the templates and json data to display the organizers on the home page of the cascadia site while still maintaining the patterned appearance in the individual day pages. Other minor tweaks noted in commit notes.

@ryan-roemer We'll just need a headshot type image, but large enough that we can crop for the hex. Something with your face in the middle is preferable.
