Feature: Add new news + introducing post design #364

Adds a quick updated design + some template changes for news posts and introducing speakers posts. I wanted to get this so that we could just specify the speaker ID in the news JSON, but I think we would need to reorganize the data so that speakers are global if we want to do that, and I don't have time at the moment. Will revisit if authoring is too much of a pain.

Done! Forgot to mention, I also added a link to News to the nav in this PR. I assumed we wanted that, but can remove if it should be left off.
