Support promotions

Currently, the addon module does not support promo prices that eNom resellers can apply for.

eNom says that the API does support promo prices, but I have not yet found this method.

Support ticket 00064229 has been opened for this.

As a workaround, the plugin will allow you to set your own promo prices and expiry dates.
