virtue install issue #46

I get an error when trying to install virtue.

To Reproduce

Hello, thanks for the bug report! I've been out of town for a week and will be back tomorrow night or Sunday. I'll take a look at this shortly after that and fix the issue you're seeing. -Curtis

Ok, it looks like the command "virtue install" is not the correct command. The following should be used instead: "virtue env init". The documentation needs to be updated.
