fix: change package name and update readme #12

  1. The current package name is casdoor-python-sdk, we can directly use casdoor as the package name like casbin.
  2. The package built with the previous code structure needs to import casdoor to use import oauth, which may not be intuitive, so it is modified to use import casdoor directly.
  3. fix folder for github ci config files
