I noticed a lot of legacy in the code that needs cleaned up:

[x] References to prior author should be replaced with MemberPress
[x] References to prior author personal email address should be removed
[x] References to prior author website(s) should be removed or updated
[x] Composer files for add-ons (similar to #129) are no longer needed
[x] readme's, changelog's. .gitignore's and other non-essential files from add-ons should be removed
