@plbt5 , this is an independently applicable PR, resolving a matter approved in UCO the UCO Ontology Committee approved. We had a procedural oversight in whether impact on the CASE ontology would be assessed as part of the UCO change. In this case, CASE CI would break on adopting the current state of UCO's develop
. I suggest this be merged without CASE OC action, though I appreciate this might not qualify as a "bugfix" that would permit bypassing the OCs.
Since the transition to CDO, the CASE and UCO ontology committees have been working in unison to remain in sync. Therefore, the Ontology Committee approval applies to both UCO and CASE. Therefore, merging this change into CASE and UCO does not create a procedural problem.

Coordination
