We should generate a private key to issue signet ordinals with, and know which public address we're using that corresponds to that key. The public address is our signet signing identity.

• [ ] Try getting hardware wallet signing with coldcard working
• [ ] Display NFT issuer as a taproot address
• [ ] Create a taproot compatible signature
