Allow adding trackers to a generated magnet link #404

Currently, imdl tracker link prints a magnet link with all the trackers in the metainfo. In order to allow users to generate a magnet link with additional trackers, it should be possible to add additional trackers on the command line.

For example:

imld torrent link --input foo.torrent --announce http://foo.com/announce
