C'mon people we all know real men use Emacs. Vim for zoomers who just want to show off, also please don't try to use Vim as your IDE: that's a really really dumb move. I suggest you all to use Emacs and be pure like St. Ignucius. Weebman

I edited your comment - it's not a matter of politically correctness it was edited out of kindness and respect.

That being said, using VIM as an IDE is a great means of inducing pain on oneself. I once had an intern who lost 4 hours of his life trying to find an additional space in a large python file. They refused to use another IDE to make the issue more obvious. I couldn't help - this was back when I was learning just how dangerous VIM is.
