The current version does not support Windows. We here at VIMKiller believe that if the end user made the conscious choice to install VIM, the most foreseeable way to suffer from it's presence on Windows, that the end user must enjoy this sort of punishment.
Please let us know of any way that VIM could arrive on a Windows computer without the end user installing it themselves, and we may consider support for the OS. Otherwise - well - there isn't much we can do.
