Consider codemod-cli #1

I started this codemod before I knew about codemod-cli.

Is it worth it to migrate to that format? I'm not sure

Pros:

an easier way to have these run it via npx
a ~more standard format (maybe?)

Cons:

it's made to have multiple codemods in a repo, and that's unnecessary complexity for this codemod
it takes doing // inertia
unnecessary code?
