How to share with consumers most easily?

I'm trying to figure out how to best share this with consumers. We have several options:

Currently the README documents both Method 1 (githubusercontent) and Method 4 (development).
My favorite there is Method 3 (npx bin shim) - that's the simplest command for consumers. I haven't figured out how to do it yet, though.
