Add precision/tolerance to api #64

This PR adds the precision and perPixelTolerance/overallTolerance parameters to the different snapshot functions. (#63)

Thanks for opening this @fruitcoder! I'm gonna close it in favor of #144, for the reasons explained in that PR.
