Prana deployment on cloud #13

Setting up whatever is necessary (new components?) to deploy Prana on AWS

Initially we can create a Helm chart so we can deploy a small Prana cluster on staging.

The cluster needs to be able to access MSK so it can consume from real payment topics.

We should then deploy some sources on the Prana cluster that consume from 2 or more payment sources and create a union all materialized view with them, as per Q3 project milestone https://www.notion.so/cashappcash/Materialized-Views-132bf2727c574755a070cf1dfd95c00e
