Full Lithuanian translation #1317

I fully translated all of the files that are meant to be translated from the tutorial page. I would appreaciate if someone would have a look at these and maybe merge it. I am doing this for my project at university and the deadline is creeping up slowly. Hopefully my work will be of some worth to the main project.

Out of curiosity, was this for a programming class or language class?

It's actually a module called Open Source Software. So it's a quite broad module and the whole idea of the project for it is to contribute to any kind of OSS (of course the bigger the contribution the better) project in any way. I guess the idea of the module is to introduce us to a whole new world of projects and ways to participate in them!

But yeah I'm extremely glad to see you responding so fast to me for which I thank you!

Hopefully my work will be helpful towards this project and in the future I'm more than happy to help with translating when the project expands even more.
