remove split amount #51

hello, are there plans to merge this? I came across this while trying the python wallet with the Go mint and then saw the field was deprecated while reading the NUTs. If no plans for it at the moment, I could try working on this :)

Hi @elnosh. Thanks for your interest. We're currently reviewing this pull request. I should note that I'm a bit short on time and the project is due for a significant refactor. But if you'd like to contribute, feel free to jump in.
