For some time the fiat balance has been displaying an inaccurate amount or no amount at all despite how much csc the wallet holds. I am using the latest version on android, although the issue existed with previous versions too.

I hope they fix this.. They just did move on xrp ledger. Maybe they haven't got to it yet? Time will tell I guess!?
