I finally successfully installed Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11) and it runs quite perfectly except a weird problem of display refresh when moving the canevas with the mouse wheel : when stopping moving the canevas, the display is fuzzy (and stay indefinitely fuzzy so I can eventually make a screen capture) until I make any mouse event, like slightly moving the mouse, which then correctly refresh the display. This makes it, alas, quite unusable for daily use...
Sorry if I cannot better describe what I mean by "fuzzy" better than a refresh problem with the newly displayed area part on the canevas showing multiple partial shadows of the drawing : I join a screen copy as an example where I just dragged left the canevas and the right part of the display shows the problem :
