Common match types not catered for in record score

• [x] common match types should be catered for in a select box on the record score facility
• [ ] need to compile a list and get some info on other common game types
• [ ] need to implement tie break scoring which will need reflecting in games-banner UI as well
• [x] game-banner component 1) winner needs indicating on score match object; 2) Needs reflecting on games-banner UI with hide/show of cup icon
• [ ] a stretch goal would be to have an optional games record as well (can't remember what I meant by this item now)
