The naming convention for board designs is <platform name>_bd and generated wrapper IP to suffix with "_inst". This works for static block designs when the source board design had a different name because the open board design name has precedence over the sourced file.
These changes were taken into m2021a but forgot to backwards apply for snap in m2019a
