Updating documentation in m2021 #216

Mirroring the documentation update on the m2022a branch, this updates the docs to include information about installation of Ubuntu 24.04, Vivado 2023.1, and Matlab R2022a as well as a few general English edits. I've also updated tables to show that RFSoC and Red Pitaya boards work with Vivado 2023.1 and Matlab R2022a.

@bgodfrey I think these changes were made to a m2021a branch prior to the doc updates I made a couple of weeks ago so there are some conflicts... Rather than work through the merge and add back the .md files (that I think we'll need to update again to build on readthedocs), could you update from the latest repo and re-add the changes?
