Document transfers on cspr.live

The goal is to document transfers on cspr.live. This is a base document you can start with: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wC6z7xNKj7HHSxUvuB7Z4pVUdQ2qIv_p/edit.

1. Learn how to use the Casper Signer, by following this guide: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1T5bO0nWPtOh4CMcYWg-diOoGujIwNmRXyt96qDq1nos/edit#. The guide is currently being added in our external documentation, this is why it is in a google document.
2. Learn about the faucet functionality on the Casper Testnet: https://testnet.cspr.live/tools/faucet.
3. Learn to make transfers using the Casper Testnet: https://testnet.cspr.live/transfer
4. Document the transfer workflow on the Casper Testnet: https://testnet.cspr.live/transfer. The reason we use the Testnet is because we can issue tokens for testing, otherwise we would have to use real tokens on the Mainnet (https://cspr.live).

• 4a. Create a google document and share it with @ipopescu for review.
• 4b. As part of the documentation, take screenshots but try to exclude the URL that shows that you are on the testnet.

5. While the review is pending, learn about the documentation repository hosted on Github: https://github.com/casper-network/docs-app.

• 5a. Run the repository locally. Iulia can help you with this if the readme is not clear.
• 5b. Convert the guide you created in step 4a into a .md file and add it to the docs-app repository.
• 5c. Submit a pull request in Github for adding the guide to the external documentation.
