Display for unshelved books #19

When I scan a book which I don't have on my shelves, it shows up in the app just like books which I do have shelved, which looks great except that it still has the "Shelves:" line between the average rating and the description. Would it be possible to change this line for books not on my shelves, so that instead of just a blank "Shelves: " it says, explicitly, "Not shelved"?

Easy to do -- more importantly, when you click on a book you've scanned it should ask if you want to add it to your shelves, it's not doing that at the moment.

Oh, this version (2010-07-21) is much clearer -- thank you! (And also the prompting to add to my to-read shelf is working as expected for both choices.)
