Bugfix bulk upload input improved error handling #476

Original Issue: #446

Fixed issue where uploading a badly formatted excel file like the file below would cause an error. test.course.xlsx

Also, there is a bug where the bulk uploader will crash if you upload file generated by course report (the version that is fixed), this is fixed in PR #470 .

Added additional error checking to make sure that CASS Custom format uploaded file for CASS degrees has all the necessary columns .
