Introduce an annotation or "Notes" attribute in project, scenario and runs #58

Users should be able to take notes of what they have done on each project/scenario/run and also maintain TODO lists. This is a feature request for v2 of Cassandra.

Could we change description label into notes and also enlarge the text area? As for runs, my suggestion is when you press run to give the user a text box popup control. The user will fill in some text if needed and the GUI will submit it along with the smp_id. @fgiannar what do you think? @diou did you have something else in mind?

About the runs, why not have that field in the simulation parameters like all the others that affect the runs? (date started, etc)

OK let's go with that...there is already a description field

Sorry, I missed this somehow. In any case I agree with having the field in the simulation parameters!
