Remind how to exit fullscreen when entering fullscreen

It'd be nice to throw a toast when entering fullscreen to remind users how to get out of it.

In a perfect world I could throw the toast (or just reveal the headerbar?) when mousing near the edge of the display or something, but that might get annoying.
