Suggestion: Close ephemeral when opening the URL in another browser #214

Just a suggestion:

When using the button that passes the URL into another browser it would be good to have a setting that allows the preference of closing ephemeral after the URL is passed. The assumption is that you no longer need the URL after it is passed.

Thoughts?

@bashfulrobot there is actually already a setting for this, but due to #187 it's not always visible. Gonna close this as a duplicate of #187; let me know if I misunderstood it and we can re-open it.

Ah ok, it looks like it could be related. The only issue I am having is that I do have more than one browser installed, but there is no dropdown being shown (and thus the option to set that). I'll try a few things and see if I can get that going. If not ill open a new issue and reference the other provided in this thread. Thank you.

Ok, ignore my previous comment. My issue was that I had opened a new instance, but was trying to interact with the drop down before entering a URL. Once a URL was added, everything operated as needed.
