Since DuckDuckGo supports a dark mode by default, this makes searching more pleasant if you've toggled the dark style switch. While we're at it, I enabled Safe Browsing for DDG searches since by default it's pretty easy to accidentally come across potentially unwanted/adult results.
If a user switched from the default themself, their setting will remain. If they always used the default (or reset the preferences to defaults), they'll get DDG now.
